Yoga movements are an ancient discipline that will strenghthen muscles and support skeletal posture; release toxins from your whole system; enliven your blood with oxygen; and give freedom to your body by stretching those fixed and tight muscles.  Different styles of yoga movements suit different blood groups and as you are only working to free yourself and not compete, you can tune your yoga movements and style to suit your individuallity. Many of the yoga movements directly release and integrate the 'Primitive and Postural Reflexes' at the core of our programming as humans and hence can aid self- developement and emotional well being.
