Stress comes in an infinite variety of guises. 

Each person has their own pet stresses which might be a walk in the park to someone else or even fire-up another and make life worth living. 

What ever the stimulus is, it only becomes stress if your mind, body, or soul cannot cope with it.  Some people who have been strong for too long are shocked when the Pressure finally becomes too much and the 'Fuse' blows.  The stonger a person, the harder to deal with the symptoms when they cannot cope with Stress.

Many children and people suffer Stress when they aren't living from their own 'internal locus of control' i.e. when they are being controlled by outside influences and not making their own choices about the way they need to live their lives.
